Integrity Investigation — independent, thorough, and completely confidential

Integrity Investigation — independent, thorough, and completely confidential

A report of an integrity violation calls for careful, independent investigation. We establish the facts without bias — so you can make a well-considered decision.

Integrity Investigation

Integrity is the foundation of every organisation. When a report comes in of a potential integrity violation — whether it involves conflicts of interest, abuse of power, corruption, or breaches of codes of conduct — the stakes are high. Handling the matter internally quickly creates the appearance of partiality. An independent integrity investigation by SAJ Recherche provides you with the objective facts needed to reach a fair, well-considered judgement.

What we investigate

What does the investigation cover?

We conduct a comprehensive investigation into alleged integrity violations. This includes structured interviews with the reporter, the accused, and other parties involved, document analysis of communications, contracts, and financial records, digital investigation of system logs and open sources, and assessment against your code of conduct and relevant regulations. The result is an independent report with clear conclusions.

When is this necessary?

Organisations engage us when there is a whistleblower report about abuse of power or conflicts of interest, signs of nepotism in procurement, suspicions that a manager is violating the code of conduct, complaints about improper relationships with external parties, or a mandatory investigation under whistleblower protection legislation. The sooner you act, the stronger your position.
