What we investigate

What do we investigate?

We document all forms of nuisance: noise disturbance at unusual hours, threats and intimidation by fellow residents, pollution of the property or communal areas, drug-related nuisance and dealing from the property, and suspicious visitor flows that indicate illegal activities. All findings are recorded with timestamps and, where possible, visual evidence.

When should you engage us?

A nuisance investigation is worthwhile when complaints are structural but difficult to prove, when previous warnings have had no effect, or when you are considering legal proceedings. Even when surrounding residents are afraid to make a statement, independent investigation provides a solution. We act as an objective third party and document the situation to strengthen your position before the court.

How does the investigation work?

Intake

You share the complaints and background. We assess the situation and advise on the approach.

Investigation plan

We draw up a plan with observation moments, measurement methods, and possibly neighborhood research.

Execution

Our investigators observe, document, and record the nuisance with timestamps and visual evidence.

Reporting

You receive a factual report with timeline, frequency, and severity — prepared for use before the subdistrict court.
