Criminal undermining occurs where the underworld infiltrates legitimate society. In real estate, this manifests in the use of properties for illegal purposes: cannabis cultivation in rental homes, synthetic drug labs in commercial premises, storage of weapons or stolen goods, and money laundering through real estate transactions. All findings are documented for enforcement or legal proceedings.
